Founder & Mortgage Broker
With an extensive and impressive career in banking and finance over the last 40 years Keitha became a Mortgage Broker in December 2014 and launched Customised Finance Queensland at the end of 2016. Having years of experience working for the Big 4 banks both in New Zealand and Australia she has been highly awarded for outstanding customer service over the years and is passionate about delivering a customised finance package to suit every individual. She offers a full service right from initial enquiry, through to settlement and then aftercare for the life of the loan touching base with her clients to ensure their package is still the most suitable for their needs. A holistic approach is taken offering clients protection regarding insurance should anything life changing occur and access to a financial advisor for investment/retirement planning advice if required.
Keitha is married with 2 adult sons; Jarrod and Ryan both working in the Trades which is handy. When time permits, Keitha and hubby Geoff like to get away and explore what Australia has to offer with their caravan.
Mortgage Broker
Denise has an extensive and impressive career in banking and finance, spanning over 30 years. During her long tenure as a Personal and Mobile Lender with Australia’s largest Bank, she became a highly awarded lender. For the past 6 years, Denise has been working as a Lending Specialist in the Carindale and Bayside areas and joined the Customised Finance Queensland team in 2022.
When Denise isn’t helping people finance their dream home, she is spending time with her family – she loves to go four-wheel driving and camping.
Mortgage Broker
Alanna joined the CFQ team in 2016 in a Client Services role, and in 2023 she moved into a Mortgage Broker role. Alanna prides herself on providing a high level of client care, and ensures the end-to-end process runs as smooth as possible for every customer.
Alanna enjoys spending her spare time with her hubby and three children, living on acreage, and enjoying the active lifestyle that comes with that. She also does the bookkeeping for the earthmoving business she owns with her husband. Alanna’s experience being a small business owner has proven beneficial when working with our self-employed clients, and she is currently studying a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping to further her education.
Client Services
Leith has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years, and she joined the Customised Finance Queensland Team in 2022 as a client services officer. Her role is to make certain that the back-office administration functions associated with submitting and settling a residential home loan are completed accurately and efficiently. She takes great satisfaction in maintaining positive customer experiences and getting the job done.
Leith is married and has a teenage daughter. She enjoys spending her free time reading autobiographies and watching “who done its”!!
Client Services
Meaghan joined the team in 2023 and brings with her over 20 years’ experience in retail banking and finance. Meaghan’s vision is to ensure that each customer receives the highest level of service and care during their journey with Customised Finance Queensland.
Meaghan is married with 3 children and when she isn’t playing taxi or netball coach, she likes to spend her time socialising with friends and family, camping, travelling, and studying.
